ITEMS that are OUT OF STOCK:
If a item is not in stock when you order it you will be notified of via email or telephone as to when it will become available. If you cannot wait until the item is back in stock and cannot find an item on the site to replace it you will receive a full refund on your order.

DAMAGES:
Although we try to pack each item carefully for shipping, some occasional damage is inevitable. We will issue credit or send you replacements, but please allow enough time to receive the replacements via UPS ground service. We cannot be responsible for any air charges necessary to get you the replacements in time for your affair. All damage or shortage claims MUST be made within 5 days of receiving the merchandise.
NO CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 5 DAYS.
CANCELLATIONS:
You may cancel your order at anytime, as long as it has not been shipped. Any canceled orders will be subject to 5% cancellation charge due to transaction fees we incur after your credit card is processed. Please pay attention to minimum order quantities and out of stock items, as this will result in a 5% charge if your order is canceled.
